When you submit logos, CAD files, drawings, packaging designs, or product artwork, you confirm you own them or have full rights to use them. You’re responsible for verifying that your designs don’t infringe third-party copyrights, trademarks, patents, or design rights in your target markets. We’ll use them to manufacture your products—not for anyone else.
Our Know-How Stays Ours (Unless Otherwise Agreed)
RainSo retains ownership of our existing designs, manufacturing processes, technical structures, and proprietary production methods. Paying for samples, design consultation, or tooling development doesn’t automatically transfer intellectual property rights to you. If custom IP transfer or exclusive manufacturing rights matter to your deal, let’s discuss it in a written agreement.
Final Specifications Are Confirmed in Writing
Pricing, MOQ, materials, dimensions, finishes, magnet specifications, packaging details, and lead times shown on our website are estimates. Signed contracts, approved sample confirmations, technical drawings, and order specifications always take priority. This protects both of us—details agreed in writing are what we build to.
