We don’t limit you to one method. Choose what works best:
– Air Freight – Fast, reliable for urgent orders
– Sea Freight – Most economical for large volumes
– Road & Rail Transport – Flexible for Asia-Pacific delivery
– International Couriers – DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS for smaller shipments
We can deliver to your designated freight forwarder in China, arrange door-to-door service, or organize a port-to-port solution—whatever your Incoterms require. We’ll confirm the final method with you before shipment to ensure it matches your requirements.
Know Before You Ship: Lead Time & Delivery
Here’s what every buyer should know:
– Production and shipping timelines are calculated separately
– Delivery estimates are targets, not guarantees—customs delays, carrier availability, weather, holidays, inspections, and remote-area deliveries can impact timing
– We’ll do our best to keep you updated as things progress
Costs & Responsibilities
Unless you’ve agreed otherwise in writing:
– You cover: Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and destination charges in your country
– We provide: Shipping quote based on your destination, weight/volume, and chosen service level
Reporting Issues & Damage Claims
Received a shipment that arrived damaged or incomplete? Here’s what to do:
1. Report it immediately (Notify us within 3 working days upon receipt of the shipment) with:
– Clear photos and/or videos of the damage
– Photos of packaging and shipping labels
– Details of what’s missing or damaged
2. We’ll help file the carrier claim from our side
Once your freight forwarder in China signs off as “delivered,” they typically take over onward tracking and claims handling. We’re happy to support the process, but the forwarder becomes the main point of contact for that leg of the journey.
