Q : What are your production and shipping lead times?

A : In-stock items ship within 3 business days of order confirmation. Custom OEM lead times are confirmed once your design and tooling are finalized.

Total delivery time depends on shipping method — air express (fastest), air/rail with duty-paid clearance (balanced cost and speed), or sea freight (most economical for large orders). Milestones are detailed in your contract.

Q : Do you offer dropshipping, and do you support blind shipping?

A : Dropshipping: yes — we fulfill orders directly to your customers worldwide, so you can launch without holding inventory.

Blind shipping: yes, and strictly enforced. Packages carry no RainSo branding, flyers, or contact information, so your customer relationships stay yours.

Q : Is there a warranty, and what happens if there’s a shipping or quality issue?

A : Every order carries a 90-day warranty from arrival. Confirmed manufacturing defects are replaced free of charge or refunded, at no cost to you. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only; damage from misuse, improper care, accidental impact, or normal wear and tear is excluded.

For lost, damaged, or customs-delayed shipments, we provide a priority claims process — we replace stock fast and handle the carrier claim directly.
